Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in booking the Billie Fox Band. Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability. Requested dates, performance times, location, and pricing must first be confirmed between both parties before the booking is secured. Once agreed, the client will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of the event and payment instructions. Deposit A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% is required to secure the date. The deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 1 month prior to the event date. Due to rehearsal scheduling, set list preparation, travel planning, and administrative arrangements, cancellations made within 1 month of the performance date will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable. Event Agreement Prior to the event, a full performance plan will be agreed upon, including: Set-up time Performance times Breaks (if applicable) Set-down/load-out time Venue access Travel distance and logistics Power and space requirements Any specific song or set list requests Sound & Equipment A full PA system and live sound setup will be provided by the band unless otherwise agreed in advance to use the venue’s in-house sound system and equipment. Final Payment Final balance payment terms will be agreed upon within the booking confirmation and must be completed within the agreed timeframe prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise arranged. Additional Information The band reserves the right to decline bookings where suitable performance conditions, safety requirements, or agreed terms cannot be met. By confirming the booking and paying the deposit, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
